Noticing issues that are slowing down projects and grants? We want to hear from you!

T4America is hearing from some federal grantees that project delivery has slowed due to unusually intensive review and permitting processes, particularly around NEPA. We also understand that many communities and agencies may be hesitant to speak openly about these experiences out of concern that raising issues could affect current or future relationships with USDOT.

That’s why T4America is collecting stories and on-the-ground experiences, anonymizing what we hear, and using that information to identify broader patterns. This is necessary to hold the administration accountable where appropriate.

If your city or organization has received or is negotiating a grant agreement for a federal grant and has experienced longer timelines, more intensive NEPA review, or other unusual challenges, we want to hear from you.
