Membership in T4America
We offer organization memberships for public-sector, business-sector, and non-profit entities.

Providing resources to state-level advocates and members at our Capital Ideas conference in Atlanta.

America’s national transportation program—
a tired, broken paradigm
—has utterly failed to improve safety, state of repair, congestion, or emissions
We need a fundamental paradigm shift
to change transportation for the better by designing for safety over speed, prioritizing maintenance ahead of building new highways, and investing in the rest to complete the transportation network so Americans can safely travel by foot, bike, bus or train.
T4America is uniquely positioned to help communities who share this vision.
With our membership program you can join with other like-minded communities to change the flawed transportation paradigm, and center the story of your community in the effort, positioning you to be the project congress and the administration pay attention to when awarding grants and designing new policies.
For more than a decade, T4A has been a great resource for the Metro Atlanta Chamber and we’re proud to support its work. Their staff’s expertise in federal, state and local issues is always timely and strategic.

Maryland State Delegate Brooke Lierman, right, explaining the mechanics of a law she authored in Maryland to T4America supporters and members.

Bringing local advocates and legislators in Kansas together to tour a production facility for the KC Streetcar and see the impact of the transit supply chain firsthand.
How we’re different from national associations:
Cross sector: We work with cities, counties, MPOs, chambers of commerce, transit agencies and civic organizations.
Mission driven: We don’t speak for our members. Our members help shape our advocacy, and then we speak for the mission.
These two qualities—being mission driven and cross-sector—allow us to be nimble and bold. We act quickly and decisively, and we help our partners interpret new information through the lens of the mission.
I benefit from hearing about transportation policy from a different slant and hearing what other areas are doing through member updates and newsletters. T4A has been on top of the infrastructure law and we appreciate their analysis.
