The Transportation for America (T4A) Campaign is seeking a smart and motivated Minnesota Field Organizer to direct the development of a diverse coalition of prominent state and local organizations working in key regions of Minnesota to reform federal transportation policy.

Now Hiring: Regional Field Organizer

The Transportation for America Campaign is seeking an experienced and motivated candidate to develop and manage a network of partner organizations and stakeholders in key states for our campaign to reform federal transportation policy. This position will focus primarily on states in the West and South. The Regional Field Organizer will work in the Washington, D.C. offices of the Transportation for America campaign and will report to the Campaign Field Director. This is a full-time position with some work on nights and weekends required. Regular travel outside D.C. will also be required.

Now Hiring: Campaign Intern

Transportation for America is currently seeking an intern for Fall 2009 and/or Spring 2010. Responsibilities will include conducting research, writing policy briefs, tracking transportation news, legislation and leaders. Candidate will also complete a minimum of one project during the term of their internship connecting transportation policy to one of the following national sectors: businesses, health, university, and developer communities. The campaign is staffed by Smart Growth America and Reconnecting America.
