    By framing the discussion as “finding new revenue” you have surrendered without a fight. Public transit SAVES money. The conservative Economist magazine has said it many times. It is an investment that pays you back immediately and long-term. It is up to us to constantly frame it that way. We should be saying “Shame on the govt for not SAVING us money by investing in transit…” and then give some examples. Here is some money we can use to make that investment:
