		<description>Transit and a greener environment go hand in hand.  The next surface transportation act needs to be a big step.  I feel that the Oberstar and Committee bill is a good start.  What is going to be the funding level?  Where is the funding coming from?  How is FTA and FRA going to deal with the new measures?  A lot of questions still need to be addressed!</description>
